Team of processers

We pride ourselves in having our own team for processing. In fact, we count it as our biggest advantage in this trade. Our team of experts makes sure that we have the best available varieties. An example can be taken from our processing saffron which lies at the centre of our product portfolio. Expert processing, coupled with excellent quality of raw, unprocessed Saffron helps in getting longer strands, something that our customers love about out Saffron .

Processing of Saffron is followed by testing of that particular batch and grading it accordingly. Batch testing is done through spectroscopic and chromatographic analysis. By using these analyses, the type, the quantity, and the amount of Saffron compounds are determined. The results are then compared to the prescribed standards to get the grade. Additionally, we go in for grading in terms of long and short strands as this again would have direct implications on the implied application of saffron, these all steps are done under processing team.

Manual grading team

After processing and batch testing of our products which are done with the help of external laboratories which are accredited by the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL), our products go for manual grading, in which our expert team takes random sample which checks the quality of the product through which quality is further enhanced before being sent to the customer. Which helps in achieving the best results.
